DAUA Promotes International Cooperation in Agro at Agro en Punta Congress 2025

The Uruguayan-German Dialogue on Agriculture (DAUA) was present at the Agro en Punta 2025 Congress, with our project leader, Dagmar Wittine, participating as a panelist in the conference “Sustainability and Alliances: The Keys to Sustainable Business.”

During the event, the crucial role of international cooperation in the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for the agricultural sector was highlighted. Wittine emphasized the importance of involving all stakeholders in the sector to foster mutual learning and create strategic alliances that drive innovation. She stressed the value of cooperation between countries and sectors, highlighting Uruguay as an example in this regard, having successfully coordinated public, private, and academic sectors in the development of national strategies and plans—establishing a model to follow globally.
